About the townhouse:

This beautiful, newly built oceanfront townhouse has fantastic views of the Monterey Bay and the Santa Cruz mountains. The townhouse overlooks the Santa Cruz Wharf and The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The townhouse accommodates 6 people comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room (seats 8) and an entertainment room with a flat panel HDTV. There is a 2 car garage at the ground level with an attached recreation room with foos ball and a children's pool table. There is a patio off the kitchen with a gas BBQ and patio furniture. On the third floor are 3 bedrooms. The master bathroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twin beds). There is a second bathroom on the third floor.

There is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit due upon booking in order to hold your reservation. Please make the checks out to Green Valley Corporation and send to Jennifer Cosby at the Santa Cruz office. If the unit requires additional cleaning due to misuse you will be responsible for the additional cost. If your plans change you must cancel or reschedule your reservation two weeks prior to your check-in date, if after the two week cancellation period you will loose your $200.00 non-refundable deposit.

Reserving the West Cliff Townhouse

Who can reserve the West Cliff Townhouse?

The Townhouse is available to any employee who have been with Barry Swenson Builder for 5 years or more. Each employee may have up to 7 calendar nights reserved in any calendar year. These days do not have to be consecutive days. Email Jennifer Cosby to reserve dates.
